Flapjacks
Flapjacks are ideal snacks for those little hunger pangs between meals. Perfect for on the go or with a delicious coffee or tea. The great thing about flapjacks – they are really easy to make.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 8-12 pieces:- 125 g margarine
- 200 g syrup
- 300 g Kölln® Wholegrain Oats gluten-free
- 100 g dried fruits
- 60 g nuts and seeds
Preparation
Preheat the oven. Slowly heat margarine and syrup in a saucepan, mix well and then mix with Kölln® Wholegrain Oats gluten-free, dried fruits and your favourite nuts and seeds, for example hazelnut pieces, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseed etc.
Spread on half a baking tray lined with baking paper or into a rectangular baking dish, press firmly and bake. Cut into pieces while still warm.
Top/bottom heat: 150 °C
Fan assisted oven: 130 °C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
