Kölln® Wholegrain Oats gluten-free
For those who are not able to or do not want to eat gluten, our delicate Kölln® Wholegrain Oats gluten-free, rolled from cut oat kernels (oat groats), offer many ways for a more varied and refined diet. To avoid the entry of other grains into the product, we proceed with special care – from the selection of the seeds to the packaging. This is why we realise our gluten-free oat flakes with selected partners, with whom we have maintained a trustful cooperation for many years.
It starts with the use of pure seeds and continues through the selection and preparation of the fields. Field inspections are also held regularly during the growth and maturation phase. For harvesting, transport and storage, care is taken that only cleaned harvesting machines and transport vehicles are used. In our factory, specially trained employees are responsible for receiving and processing the oats. In addition, the gluten content is checked from the seeds through processing to the end product.
Our particularly delicate Kölln® Wholegrain Oats gluten-free are a very versatile ingredient and suitable for many recipes. For example, they taste delicious in porridge and muesli, in drinks and smoothies, in soups and stews as well as in main dishes with and without meat, in cakes and biscuits, in bread, quiches, tarts, desserts etc.
