Hardly anyone can resist caramel. This delicious Muesli Fudge made from homemade caramel and Kölln® Oat Granola Chocolate Brittle is simply a dream.

Ingredients

Ingredients for approx. 25 pieces:

Preparation

Pour Kölln® Oat Granola Chocolate Brittle into a brownie baking pan (approx. 25 x 20 cm) and spread evenly.
Bring butter, milk and sugar to a simmer in a pan. Add the condensed milk and salt, stirring constantly. Simmer evenly for 20 minutes and keep stirring.
When the mass becomes creamier and gets a light brown colour, it becomes thicker and needs to be stirred even more intensively. The caramel is ready when it has reached the consistency of thick honey.
Pour the mixture into the brownie baking pan and let the soft caramel cool for at least 3 hours. Then carefully cut into small cubes.

Beautifully packed, this Muesli Fudge makes an ideal gift for invitations.

Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes (without cooling time)
