Everyone knows muesli bars. But have you ever tried muesli cubes? You can bake them in your preferred size which makes them easy to portion and ideal for on the go!

Ingredients for approx. 12 cubes:

Preparation

Dissolve the syrup in lukewarm milk. Stir in Kölln® oat granola and leave covered to swell for approx. 30 minutes. Press the muesli mixture into a cube mould (approx. 3.5 x 3.5 cm). Alternatively, use an ice cube mould. Carefully remove the cubes, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
Melt the white chocolate and dip a few cubes in half or decorate them with the melted chocolate.

Tip:

Whether in the shape of hearts, stars or flowers – these crunchy cubes always turn out well.

Top/bottom heat: 180 °C

Fan assisted oven: 160 °C

Baking time: 15-20 minutes

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes (without waiting time)
