Crunchy Honey Corners
Classic "German Nut Corners" are so yesterday: Here are our Crunchy Honey Corners with Kölln® Oat Granola Honey-Nut! Absolutely delicious – and addictive.

Ingredients
Ingredients for approx. 32 pieces:- 300 g wheat flour
- 100 g Kölln® Oat Granola Honey-Nut
- 200 g butter
- 80 g liquid honey
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 100 g dark chocolate coating (couverture)
Preparation
Put flour, muesli, butter, honey, egg and salt into a bowl and knead until you get a smooth dough. Preheat the oven.
Cover the dough with clingfilm and use a rolling pin to roll it out evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Remove clingfilm and bake.
After baking, cut into triangles while still warm. Let cool, melt the couverture and decorate honey corners with couverture.
Top/bottom heat: 180 °C
Fan assisted oven: 165 °C
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes
Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
