No matter if sweet or savoury – porridge made with Kölln® Wholegrain Oats is always a great
choice. Try this one with apple, plum and cinnamon.
IngredientsIngredients for 1 serving:
- 0.5 apple
- 1 plum
- 250 ml low-fat milk
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 4 tbsp. Kölln® Wholegrain Oats
- 1-2 tbsp. plum puree
Wash the apple and cut it into pieces. Wash the plum, remove the stone and cut the plum into slices.
Heat milk in a pot together with Kölln® Wholegrain Oats and cinnamon. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring. Remove the pot from the stove and go on stirring for a few more minutes, as the oat flakes swell considerably.
Finally, add apple pieces, plum slices and plum puree. Depending on your taste, the porridge can be enjoyed either warm or, after a short waiting time, also cold.
