Chocolatey Crispy Cookies
A break without cookies? No real break, isn't it? Try these delicious and easy ones made with Kölln® Wholegrain Oats and Kölln® Oat Muesli Chocolate.

Ingredients
Ingredients for approx. 50 pieces:- 160 g butter
- 300 g Kölln® Wholegrain Oats
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp. baking powder
- 100 g Kölln® Oat Muesli Chocolate
Preparation
Heat butter, add Kölln® Wholegrain Oats, stir well and let cool.
In the meantime, stir sugar and eggs until foamy, add baking powder and stir together with the butter flakes to form a dough. Carefully fold in muesli.
With two teaspoons, place small, flat cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven. Remove from the tray and let cool on a wire rack.
Top/bottom heat: 200 °C
Fan assisted oven: 170 °C
Baking time: 15 minutes
Preparation time: approx. 12 minutes
