“Schmarrn” is a common dish in Bavaria and Austria which is prepared by roughly tearing the batter into smaller pieces during preparation. It is mostly prepared as a sweet dessert. Try this delicious version made with Kölln® Oat Muesli Chocolate.

Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:Preparation
Separate the eggs and beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks, milk, sugar, flour and Kölln® Oat Muesli Chocolate and carefully fold in beaten egg whites.
Melt butter in a big frying pan and fry batter in portions over a medium heat until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and tear pancake using two forks into bite-sized pieces. Continue frying and flip pancake pieces carefully, until all is golden brown.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with vanilla sauce.
