Preparation

1Lightly roast the sunflower seeds in a coated pan and mix with the Oatfleks®.

2Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the cream toffees and mix at low speed until a creamy mixture is formed. Stir in Oatfleks® and sunflower seeds.

3Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to cool. Then cut into diamonds or triangles.

4Roughly chop the couverture and warm it in a water bath. Dip the diamonds or triangles with a tip into the chocolate coating and allow the glaze to dry. Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes (without waiting time) Simply irresistible and, be careful, addictive. Once you start snacking, you won't be able to keep your hands off the delicacies. With the Kölln Crispy Haferfleks® Honey, the small bites have the perfect consistency.
