Your training at a glance:

Start: 1st August of each year
Duration of apprenticeship: 3 1/2 years (less with good performance)
Practical training: in our machine park and production buildings in Elmshorn
Theory: Elmshorn Vocational School, from the 2nd year of apprenticeship in Norderstedt or Steinburg; in addition, various courses at the Business Academy (WAK) on PLC control technology, electronics and control engineering

What makes you stand out:

You have a secondary school leaving certificate (German Mittlerer Schulabschluss/MSA, British GCSE or equivalent) with good grades in mathematics, physics and technology. 
You have good English skills.
You enjoy working with computers and technical devices.
You have a great interest in electrical engineering and electronics.
You are a team player and reliability is one of your defining characteristics.

What happens after your studies/apprenticeship?

Even after completing the apprenticeship, there are numerous opportunities for further development – with us and with educational providers in the region. Depending on their interests and aptitude, we support our junior staff in their studies or other further training.
