I. Conditions of Participation

1. Participation in the competition

The competition starts on 30.06.2025 and ends on 07.07.2025

2. Determination of winners and notification

·       The winners will be randomly drawn from all participants who meet the conditions of participation.

·       The notification will be sent within one Week after the end of the competition.

3. Profits

·       There are 8 packages to win, each containing one variety of the new Kölln mueslis

·       The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

4. Eligibility

·       Participation from 18 years of age .

·       Residence in Germany required.

·       Employees of Peter Kölln GmbH & Co. KGaA and their families are excluded.

5. Exclusion from participation

·       Attempts at manipulation or violations of the conditions of participation will lead to exclusion.

·       If identity theft or violation of rules is suspected, proof of identity may be requested.

6. Data protection

·       The recipient of the information provided is Peter Kölln GmbH & Co. KGaA and not Instagram or Facebook.

·       Participation in the competition includes consent to the publication of the winner's name and profile picture and the resulting assets on Kölln's social media channels.

7. Acceptance of prize

·       Winners have 48 hours to respond via direct message.

·       If no response is received, the prize will be drawn again.

8. Disclaimer

·       Kölln is not liable for technical defects or data loss.

·       Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Adjustments to the competition

·       Kölln reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition at any time.

·       Participant data will be deleted within 14 days of the end of the competition, provided this is technically possible within the platforms used for this competition.

·       Winner data is subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Rights of participants

·       Information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing at any time upon request.
