Enjoy the summer in a glass! Fruity berries and coconut give this porridge the right summer
feeling – even on chilly autumn days.

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 serving:
  • 125 g redcurrants and raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 4 tbsp. Kölln® Wholegrain Oats
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix redcurrants and raspberries with sugar and let it stand a little while.

Bring milk, Kölln® Wholegrain Oats, desiccated coconut and salt to the boil.

Layer porridge and berries alternately in glasses.

Tip:

For a more intense coconut taste, a tin of coconut milk can be used for preparation.

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
