Macadamia Cranberry Cookies
IngredientsIngredients for 20 pieces:
- 100 g soft butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 25 g liquid honey
- 1 egg
- 75 g chopped macadamia
- 100 g wheat flour
- 50 g Kölln® Oat Muesli Cranberry
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, honey and egg until creamy. Mix the remaining ingredients and stir into the butter mass.
Using a teaspoon, place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper, press flat slightly and bake.
You can also bake 40 small cookies instead of 20 big ones.
Top/bottom heat: 175 °C
Fan assisted oven: 150 °C
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
