Kölln® Oat Flakes are what the company is famous for. They contain 100% oats and nothing else.

Oats are a particularly valuable grain, containing a variety of elements for our nourishment and physiological quality.

Kölln® Oats are always wholegrain oats, as germ and bran (outer layers of the grain) are conserved during the processing of oats. Germ and bran are the most important parts of a grain and contain 85% of the vitamins, 80% of the mineral nutrients and 60% of the proteins.

    Due to a special process for the White Oats these tender oat flakes are especially fine wholegrain flakes with a very light colour, an especially tender texture and a slightly nutty flavour. They are ideal for preparing porridges (milk soups) and as basis for homemade mueslis.
