The following terms of use apply in respect of access to and use of the www.koelln.com Website.

4. Final clauses
If one or more of the clauses contained in these conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. The regulation that is invalid shall be replaced by its legally acceptable equivalent. Provided that the user of this Website is a business user, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for the settlement of any claims arising from the business relationship shall be Elmshorn, Germany.
All legal transactions relating to the use of our online shop shall be subject to German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
