Palmin® is a pure coconut fat, very light in colour, whose particular selling points are its excellent heat stability and the fact that it is flavourless. This makes Palmin® ideally suited to frying and deep frying, as well as for use in icing. It is extracted from coconut flesh.
Palmin® cubes have been available since 1972: they are easy to use and to separate into portions, as well as being easy to reseal. The same goes for Palmin® soft, which comes in a practical tub and means you can use even the tiniest portions.
